    Why do you ask? Every bike I’ve ever owned has the rear brake lever on the left. Hell, I’d be flying through the air if I got on a bike and they were backwards. Maybe they’re the opposite way around depending upon which side of the road you ride/drive on. In the UK, Japan and Australia, you use the left hand side of the road. That could be it. :-)
