    i play platinum so my team was a bit different at this time

    staravia (vegan) male
    prinplup (platinum) female
    bidoff (hm slave) male
    ponyta (darkfire) female
    egg unknown

    i think its the best
    its effective against fire and rock and grass (with ice moves) thats basically 3/4 of the pokemon in the game

    i hate the ponytas in diamond and pearl because they learn ember at level 16 and in platinum they learn it at level 10 and flame wheel at level 15

    If you go behind the Dialga/Palkia statue and press A you can get the Draco Plate. Nice walkthrough though Lueroi
