Inside the Fassa Bortolo team for the 2005 Milan-San Remo. It's great to see the reaction of Giancarlo Ferretti to the win by his rider Alessandro Petacchi. You would think that these team directors would have seen it all by now and a race win is just another race win. No way. At the professional level, every win is a very big deal.
