I've been away for a few months, but I'm finally back! Here's a video I made to celebrate my comeback;) Here's some of my goals from my last 15 online games. I would normally spend a lot more time to get only the best of the best, but I really, really wanted to get this video up tonight so I just used some leftover footage to fill out the vid. Have a look and hopefully you guys will enjoy it. As you can see I like playing as man utd, and no, it's not because I'm a noob and can't win with other teams. It's simply because I'v been a manchester united fan for a long time. Also, I thought it would be cool to use the same team through the whole video. Sure, it's cool with variety, but I just didn't feel like it. I actually deleted a whole bunch of nice goals because I was playing with manu's blue shirts. I wanted to wear the red ones through the whole video. I don't know why, lol, but I just did it. In case you're wondering, yes, the text in the begining of the video("where are you?" etc.) are actually quotes from comments or messages people have sent me here on youtube. I thought it was kinda cool to add it since this is my first comp in a long time. I didn't spend that much time to edit all this tho, I want my viewers to be able to see what's going on so i tried to keep it as clean as possible. As you can see I used some FX in the intro, but I didn't use any FX on the online goals. I figured it would be the best. I mean, would you really enjoy watching goals from that angle ...

Everyone has started many different weight loss programs, whether they are diet programs or exercise routines, with the plan on completing them and making a great strides toward reaching their weight loss goals. Yet very few people ever fully achieve these goals and drop out of their diet or exercise routine – Why? Because they start these programs without a destination or roadmap to get achieve these goals.
Wait – you say I don't have a destination in mind, but I have a goal. That is right, what I mean by a destination is a definite point to be reached. Most people start these programs with very vague goals.
These are not defined enough to be a destination. A destination is a place that you know you have arrived when you reach it. A destination is
When you have a true destination, then you can start down the road because you now know where you are headed, but wait that is not enough. You still need a road map to be able to reach your destination. So what is this road map? Is it the exercise routine, the diet program, etc. – no these are the method of heading down the road like a car or bicycle, but they are not the map.
The road map is a listing of closer destinations that you can reach sooner and lead you in the direction of your final destination – like if your destination is losing 20 lbs. then your road map is losing 5 lbs within the first 2 weeks, another 5 lbs the following 2 weeks, and on and on until you achieve your true destination.
So what happens if you deviate from your roadmap? The same thing that you need to do when you deviate from your route when you are driving down the road, you take corrective action and come up with a new route that will get you back on track to reaching your end destination.
There are many things out there that can take us off of our mapped course – eating too much at a dinner party, you miss a run because of a business obligation, miss a week of exercising because you get the flu, and so on – some of these we make and some is just life. The hard part is getting back on a route that will lead you back toward reaching your destination.
Keep your Map Handy – be ready to Re-Correct your Route – and Stay focused on achieving your True Destination and use your diet program or exercise routine to get there
