Here's the original homemade free motion rollers, based on the designed of the inside ride - emotion rollers. I made these puppies around april 06' and i don't think i can train any other way inside now.

I made these in about 3 1/2 hours and it only cost me $35. Go to www.instructables.com for more! And there has been some confusion about what I am riding on. I did not make the rollers I just modified them by adding the ability for them to move back and forth as a whole.

This is a review of the Inside Ride e-Motion bicycle rollers. I bought them from www.1upusa.com because I couldn't find a better price and they had free shipping. They took 4 weeks to arrive (back in November of 2007). The good is: 1. I love riding on them. 2. I can alternate standing and sitting to alleviate butt pain. 3.
